How do I track my order after it's been shipped?

We have a tracking option available at our website through which you can track your order.

Order cancellation policy?

  • Within five business days of placing an order, we will make multiple attempts to confirm the details via phone calls and emails. If we do not receive a response from the customer via either channel, the order will be automatically cancelled.
  • If a customer wishes to have their order cancelled after placing it, it could only be done before it enters the shipment process. Alternatively, we ask that customers refuse to accept delivery if the order has already been shipped. Although, we do encourage our customers to share their reasons for cancellation with us to help us enhance their experience with us in the future.
  • Orders which indicate fraudulent activity are cancelled automatically. Similarly, orders from the customers with poor order history are cancelled automatically unless they are prepaid.

Exchange & Return Policy?

  1. We will gladly accept any return which was received by the customer in damaged or faulty condition. This product needs to be received back at teamkiddowish@gmail.com office in unwashed, unused with original tags & undamaged packaging for Refund/Exchange.
  2. Any complaint must be raised within 24 hours of delivery for an exchange with a short video and pictures at teamkiddowish@gmail.com
  3. Refund & Exchange on not liking the product will NOT be entertained. However, you can share the issues at teamkiddowish@gmail.com for your case to be reviewed.
  4. Refund/Exchange will be made within 7 days. (If the product received is not identical to the product ordered on the website.
  5. Refunds will be made directly into your bank account within 7 working days. Which you need to share with us along with the issue at teamkiddowish@gmail.com (Only if we were unable to fulfill your order & you have paid in advance)
  6. The customer needs to return the merchandise via traceable delivery i.e. courier or registered post on his own expense to our address. Delivery Charges will not be refunded in any case.
  7. Colors may vary upon delivery of your merchandise. (Unless you have paid extra for the desired color) colors are not covered under any Exchange or Refund Policy.
  8. Do not put tape or stickers on the manufacturer’s box.
  9. If a product is returned to us in an inadequate condition, we reserve the right to send it back to you
  10. Refund requests will be processed within 7 working days after receiving & inspecting the packaging of returned products.
